3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA.
When you access the website, Vercel automatically collects server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Vercel also processes personal data in the United States. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used. Log files are usually deleted after 30 days unless they are required to investigate a specific security incident.

5. Contact via Email
If you contact me by email, the information you provide (name, email address, content of the message) will be processed to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for inquiries relating to the initiation of a contract, and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries).
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent and will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been conclusively processed, provided no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.
6. Appointment Booking via Calendly
For appointment scheduling, I use the external service Calendly. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.
Calendly is not embedded on this website. When you click the scheduling link, you leave my site and are redirected to the Calendly website. Personal data (e.g. name, email address, time) is only collected and processed there. This processing is carried out exclusively by Calendly.
The legal basis for the redirection and the subsequent processing of booking data for the purpose of conducting the pre-contractual intro call is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Calendly LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR are used. There is no joint controllership under Art. 26 GDPR. The use of Calendly is voluntary. You can also contact me by email.
