From use case to independent team
I start with a concrete use case, test it in a pilot and build it into a system that works day to day. Then I equip your team to implement further use cases themselves.
The tools are ahead of how they are used.
For AI to help in day-to-day work, you need the right tools, accessible information and clear workflows. Together with your team, I check what is already in place for the first use case and what is still missing. Then we build the foundations together: we prepare the relevant knowledge, clarify data access with your IT team and integrate the application into your workflow.

Prove it first, then scale.
We start with one use case that shows what AI can do with your data and in your workflow. Only once that is proven do we expand.

Built for everyday work.
No new large system alongside your IT. I connect your existing systems and data and add established AI tools where they are missing. Your employees work with it every day and add their own expertise.

No lock-in.
Your team understands what was built and can carry it on itself. Documentation and training are part of the job. Ongoing support is an option, not a requirement.

Three phases.
After each phase, you decide whether and how to continue. No automatic follow-on engagement.

Pilot
One use case, tested against real cases. Where possible, I use your existing tools; if the foundation is not there yet, we build it together. Two to three weeks. Together, we agree in advance how to measure success.

Scale
In a workshop with your departments, we identify further use cases where AI makes day-to-day work easier, and prioritise them. Selected employees implement the first of them together with me. Along the way, they learn to use the tools themselves, check results and adapt solutions. From this hands-on experience, they become champions: they pass on what they know and support their colleagues with new use cases.
I step in where things get difficult: interfaces, data access, architecture decisions and coordination with your IT team. The result is documented workflows and designated owners in every department, whom we name together.

Continue independently
Your team takes over the implemented use cases and tackles similar ones itself. For complex integrations, I continue to support you.
On request, I also provide monthly support: office hours for your champions and regular updates on current developments.

I'm an electrical engineer (M.Sc., RWTH Aachen) and today an AI lead at a German DAX industrial group; before that I was a data scientist there. I've spent seven years working with data, forecasting and AI systems — from research to production.
I combine an understanding of your processes with hands-on technical implementation. As an electrical engineer with experience in data science, AI development and project management, I understand your workflows, make sense of your data and clarify technical requirements with your IT team. I make technical concepts understandable and build a shared understanding between your business teams and IT.
